Labcorp Publishes 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, Highlighting Progress in Sustainability, Access to Care and Employee Well-Being

Burlington, N.C., May 7, 2026 - Labcorp (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, today announced the release of its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, demonstrating advancements in expanding access to care, sustainable operations, employee development, ethical governance and community impact.

Report highlights include:

Workforce investment and development

• Launched a global employee recognition program that provided 443,000 acts of recognition awards including 193,000 monetary awards
• Increased our minimum hourly wage for all U.S.-based, non-union employees to $17.75 per hour, representing a $20 million investment in our frontline workforce
• Continued upfront tuition coverage for degree and certificate programs in healthcare fields of study through the Labcorp Education Advantage program, enabling more than 3,900 employees to pursue higher education since its inception

Achievements in sustainable operations

• Earned a Silver EcoVadis rating, along with an A- rating from CDP Climate and an A on the Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA), reflecting strong governance, transparency and progress in managing environmental impacts
• Expanded hybrid/electric vehicles in our fleet to more than 2,500 vehicles, improving fuel efficiency by 10% versus 2021
• Operated 100% of Biopharma Laboratory Services labs on renewable electricity and/or renewable energy certificates

Expanding access to care and strengthening communities

• Increased access to clinical trials through remote sampling capabilities in alternate collection facilities or in the comfort of a patient's home
• Awarded more than 190 grants through The Labcorp Charitable Foundation to support health, education and initiatives for underserved populations globally
• Expanded breast cancer screening for uninsured populations in North Carolina and strengthened pediatric oncology services for rural communities in China through a partnership between The Labcorp Charitable Foundation and Project HOPE
