Working visit to the city of Tursunzoda and commissioning of the Noqili Tursunzoda enterprise

On August 14, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the city of Tursunzoda to familiarize himself with the living conditions of the people and inaugurate a number of facilities of various purposes.

The working visit of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, began with the opening of the Noqili Tursunzoda Closed Joint-Stock Company's electric cable production enterprise and familiarization with the process of operation at this new industrial enterprise.

During the familiarization with the activities of the new industrial enterprise, which was built by domestic entrepreneurs, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the facility is located on an area of 14,000 square meters and its production capacity is 3,600 tons per year.

It was also reported that the newly established workshop of the Noqili Tursunzoda Closed Joint Stock Company produces 30 types of high-quality electrical cables of various sizes, and there are 5 production lines in it.

These cables are used in electrical networks inside buildings.

With the commissioning of the Noqili Tursunzoda Closed Joint Stock Company, 100 local residents were provided with jobs and good salaries. Work is carried out here in three shifts.

While getting acquainted with the capabilities of the enterprise, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of construction work and its role in providing new jobs, increasing production capacity, and reducing imports.

At the beginning of the visit, it was reported that 530 new facilities were built and put into operation as part of preparations for the national celebration of the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. This number is significantly higher than the approved plan, as it envisaged the construction of 460 facilities.

In total, more than 10 thousand new jobs have been created in all facilities.

Also, as part of preparations for the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, 232 km of roads were paved and 59 km were concreted in the city of Tursunzoda.
