Alexandria, Va. - The 2025 ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium returns to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands January 23-25, 2025, at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. This educational program has been developed to provide attendees with an interactive learning experience led by a faculty of prominent national and regional bankruptcy judges, as well as experienced practitioners. Up to 7.5/8.5 hours of CLE/CPE credit are available to attendees. The symposium's advisory board co-chairs are Katherine R. Catanese of Foley & Lardner LLP (New York) and Alan R. Rosenberg of Markowitz Ringel Trusty & Hartog P.A. (Miami). Bankruptcy Judges Laurel M. Isicoff (S.D. Fla.; Miami) and Maria de los Angeles Gonzalez (D. P.R.; San Juan) serve as the program's judicial chairs.

· Choosing Your Battleground: Assessing the Appropriate Forum
