CHANDLER, Ariz. - The City of Chandler Connection & Impact Division, in partnership with Chandler-Gilbert Community College and Chandler Unified School District, is excited to announce the LEAD Chandler: Emerging Leaders Cohort on Feb. 20 and 21, 2026.
Following the success of the Level Up Conference on Oct. 18, the Emerging Leaders Cohort is a dynamic two-day program for young adults ages 17-24 who live, work or attend school in Chandler and are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. Participants will dive into hands-on workshops, team challenges and real-world experiences that strengthen communication, collaboration and decision making.
Topics covered include civic engagement, ethical leadership and emotional intelligence. Attendees will be able to connect with local nonprofits, business leaders and community changemakers, leaving participants inspired, empowered and ready to make a positive impact in their schools, workplaces and communities.
The Emerging Leaders Cohort takes place on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Chandler-Gilbert Community College - Pecos Campus, 2626 E. Pecos Road, Chandler. Dinner will be provided on Friday and breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.
Applications are accepted through Dec. 5, and 30 participants will be selected. Visit LEAD Chandler to learn more and to apply for the Emerging Leaders Cohort.
