Grimm Krupa Sworn in for Second Term as State Representative

Jan. 08, 2025

HARRISBURG - Rep. Charity Grimm Krupa (R-Fayette) was officially sworn in today at the state Capitol to begin her second term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

"I'm honored that the wonderful people of the 51st Legislative District deemed me worthy to continue serving them for a second session here in Harrisburg," Grimm Krupa said. "I will keep fighting to protect our taxpayers from senseless regulations and any legislation that threatens our way of life, as well as upholding my oath to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth."

Prior to her election to the PA House, Krupa served as a private attorney with a special focus on civil rights litigation and expertly helping her clients to seek justice any time their fundamental rights were violated.

Grimm Krupa and her husband, Brian, a brick and stone mason, as well as a taxidermist, both grew up on family farms and have proudly raised their three children on their own farm in Smithfield, Springhill Township, among Black Angus and Scottish Highlander cattle, crops of hay and various vegetables - with horses, hogs and a trio of dogs as well.

The 51st Legislative District is comprised of the following Fayette County communities: the City of Uniontown; the townships of Georges, German, Henry Clay, Menallen, Nicholson, North Union, South Union, Springhill and Wharton; and the boroughs of Fairchance, Markleysburg, Masontown, Point Marion and Smithfield.
