SANTIAGO, June 11, 2026 - Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and CMPC, one of the world's largest global pulp and paper companies, today announced the completion of a strategic project to modernize CMPC's enterprise productivity and digital collaboration platforms through enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365. The initiative enhanced CMPC's digital workplace with integrated security, compliance, identity management, mobility, and automation capabilities to create a more agile and resilient IT environment.
CMPC has conducted a company-wide digital strategy focused on strengthening global collaboration, standardizing operations, and supporting more flexible ways of working. The company has modernized the mission-critical systems underpinning employee productivity while reinforcing information security and governance across its global footprint. Kyndryl Consult led the project, which was designed to support operational continuity and enhance organizational readiness for future innovation and AI-powered experiences with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

As part of the collaboration, CMPC worked with Kyndryl to implement a low-risk and scalable Microsoft 365 environment design to address key operational needs. Delivered through a phased approach - spanning design, testing, deployment and post-implementation support - the project enabled business continuity while strengthening information governance and device management. As a result, CMPC improved adoption and change management across its workforce and enabled more efficient and resilient workflows for its hybrid global teams, while reducing regulatory risk by strengthening control over sensitive data.
