The message reads, in part:
"Please accept my warmest greetings on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Under your leadership, Kyrgyzstan is successfully addressing the social and economic challenges it faces and is steadily strengthening its international standing.
The relations between our countries are expanding dynamically in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance. Moscow and Bishkek are cooperating fruitfully across a wide range of areas and are closely involved within the CSTO, the Eurasian Economic Union, the CIS, the SCO, and other multilateral platforms.
We will, of course, continue to work closely together on the bilateral, regional, and international agendas. I am confident that our forthcoming meeting in Bishkek will further enhance mutually beneficial Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation and contribute to strengthening security and stability in the Eurasian region."
