Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Decoration & Design Building mortgage loan, an asset of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2015-GC33 (the "Issuing Entity"), is being serviced pursuant to the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of August 1, 2015 (the "CGCMT 2015-P1 PSA"), by and among Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc., as depositor, Trimont LLC (as successor to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association), as master servicer, LNR Partners, LLC, as special servicer, Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor, Citibank, N.A., as certificate administrator, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as custodian, which governs the issuance of the Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2015-P1, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2015-P1. The CGCMT 2015-P1 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K/A dated September 29, 2015, and filed by the registrant on October 21, 2015, under Commission File No. 333-189017-11.

Effective as of April 22, 2026, LNR Partners, LLC has been terminated as special servicer with respect to Decoration & Design Building loan combination under the CGCMT 2015-P1 PSA, and Green Loan Services LLC has been appointed to act as successor special servicer with respect to Decoration & Design Building loan combination under the CGCMT 2015-P1 PSA. A copy of the related Acknowledgment and Assumption of Proposed Special Servicer dated April 22, 2026 is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.
