On April 20, 2025, George Kelly Martin informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of TriSalus Life Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to resign from his position as a member of the Board, the Audit Committee of the Board and the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Martin's resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Martin for his exceptional service and invaluable contributions.
