The Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG), RDG Planning & Design, Garver, and Venice Communications invite the public to two scheduled open houses to unveil the final recommended updates for the GO! Plan for the Tulsa Metro area including Broken Arrow, and Coweta.
INCOG, the foremost metropolitan planning organization for the Tulsa region, launched the planning process for an update to its GO! Plan, the Regional Bike & Pedestrian Master Plan for the Tulsa Metropolitan Area in 2024, and included updated plans for Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Coweta.
The plan's goals include improving the existing regional trail network, enhancing pedestrian and bicycle safety, and identifying barriers and solutions to help residents access destinations on foot or bicycle.
Residents are encouraged to view the recommendations and share their comments at one or both of the following Public Open House events.

"After a very intensive process, INCOG is excited to unveil the final recommended updates for the Tulsa regional Go! Plan, as well as the updated and new local community plans," said INCOG Director of Transportation Thomas Dow. "Residents are encouraged to join us and share their comments about these important plans that will help shape the future of our pedestrian, bicycle, and trails system."
