CM/ECF Electronic Notice Disruption

Electronic filing system users nationwide have reported that an anti-malware product known as Spamhaus was blocking legitimate Notice of Electronic Filing ("NEF") e-mails sent through CM/ECF. This issue appears to be resolved, and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is working with Spamhaus to ensure continued functionality.

On January 21, 2025, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon will reissue all NEFs which were generated during the affected time frame. Some users will receive duplicate NEF e-mails. CM/ECF users who use Spamhaus may also want to manually review the dockets of their pending cases or adversary proceedings.
