Honigman advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, in its acquisition of Alarmtechs, Inc., a Potter dealer focused on fire alarm, security integration, and sprinkler services.
This is the latest acquisition for Sciens, and it will expand the company's presence across Texas. In turn, Alarmtechs and its customers will benefit from deeper resources and expertise, as well as Sciens' growing presence across North America.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Eric M. Jones and David J. Krueger, with support from Associate Michael J. Kiel, CFA.
