October 12, 2026 Hurricane Isaias | FSLSO Disaster Response AssistanceFollowing Hurricane Isaias, which made landfall near Destin, Florida as a Category 2 storm on Friday, October 9, the FSLSO is deploying disaster response teams in coordination with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) to provide insurance assistance at designated hubs in affected communities. FSLSO staff will be on-site to assist surplus lines customers and policyholders, answer questions, and help connect individuals with the appropriate resources as they navigate the recovery process. FSLSO Disaster Response Locations Our teams will be available at the following locations: LOCATION 1 | Destin, FL
Morgan Sports Complex Hours: 9:00AM - 4:00PM CT
FSLSO Staff On-Site: LOCATION 2 | Pensacola, FL
The University of West Florida Hours: 9:00AM - 4:00PM CT
