Rep. Nancy Mace Demands Bill Gates Testify Under Oath On Relationship With Epstein

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Feb. 4, 2026) - Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace sent a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer requesting a subpoena for Bill Gates to testify under oath about his relationship with convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

This comes after the Department of Justice released 3 million pages of Epstein's communications detailing disturbing allegations against Gates. The documents include July 2013 emails in which Epstein claimed Gates had extramarital affairs resulting in a sexually transmitted infection, and Gates sought to secretly give antibiotics to his then-wife Melinda without her knowledge.

Another email, drafted by Epstein as a fake resignation letter from Gates' former physician Boris Nikolic, described being asked to help Gates 'get drugs to deal with consequences of sex with Russian girls' and facilitate 'illicit trusts with married women.'

"If these allegations are false, Bill Gates should have no problem saying so under oath before Congress," said Congresswoman Mace."The American people deserve answers about why one of the richest and most powerful people in the world was so cozy with a convicted child sex trafficker. We intend to get to the bottom of the entire Epstein saga and hold those accountable who think they're above the law."

Congresswoman Mace stands with Bill Gates' former wife, Melinda French Gates, who said in an NPR interview this week her ex-husband needs to answer for the behavior alleged in the Epstein documents. SEE INTERVIEW HERE.

"Whatever questions remain there of what, I can't even begin to know all of it, those questions are for those people and for even my ex-husband," French Gates said."They need to answer to those things, not me."

"We stand with Melinda Gates," said Congresswoman Mace."These allegations are sick. But she's right, her ex-husband needs to answer for his alleged behavior. Nobody gets a free pass. Not billionaires, not Hollywood, not anybody. Bill Gates needs to testify under oath, period."
