Recommendations on the Quantum Strategy of the EU

BDI welcomes the European Commission's initiative to develop the Quantum Strategy of the EU. The strategy should prioritise enabling faster action and reaction to technological developments, alongside a focus on hardware and software solutions produced in Europe. The strategy should include actions oriented towards unifying national strategies and avoiding fragmentation between them. This unification should be accompanied by reduced bureaucracy and simplified funding application rules.
