WOODLAND PARK, NJ-The Berkeley College Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program has received accreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for the Family Nurse Practitioner track.
CCNE is a national accreditation agency that identifies nursing programs in the United States that exhibit effective educational practices. CCNE accreditation signifies quality education as it has recognized excellence, innovation, and best practices in Berkeley College's MSN program's faculty, nursing curriculum, and lab facilities.
Importantly, CCNE's accreditation affirms Berkeley College's continued commitment to educating and graduating qualified nursing professionals who will be able to serve diverse communities.
"I am thrilled to announce that our Family Nurse Practitioner program has achieved CCNE accreditation," said Caterina Sousa, MSN Ed, APRN, FNP-C, Director of Berkeley College's MSN Program. "This milestone demonstrates our dedication to excellence in nursing education and the high standards we uphold. I want to thank our faculty, staff, and students for their unwavering commitment and hard work throughout this journey. This accreditation will enhance our program and ensure we continue to prepare skilled, compassionate nurse practitioners ready to meet the needs of our communities."
