Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of October 20, 2025
The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:
Encanto Road near Rouse Road - Legado Development Project
Lennar will begin a new phase of utility work on Encanto Road this week, with construction expected to continue through the end of the year. Motorists should anticipate traffic delays during construction.
Domenigoni Parkway - Banner Park II Development Project
Pulte Homes is continuing to make traffic signal improvements on Domenigoni Parkway, requiring temporary traffic controls and lane closures. The new traffic signal at Briggs Road and Domenigoni Parkway is expected to be activated on Thursday, October 30. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays.
