New sales and customer experience leaders support 2026 priorities to expand fiber, grow penetration, and modernize operations

TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS Telecom), a wholly owned subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TDS), has named new senior leaders to accelerate the company's transformation into a fiber-centric broadband provider. The leadership appointments reinforce TDS Telecom's focus on executing its fiber expansion program and improving its end-to-end customer experience.

"We're building the leadership team we need to scale our fiber growth," said Ken Dixon, TDS Telecom President and CEO. "As we accelerate our fiber program, we are equally focused on becoming easier to do business with-through simpler, more consistent experiences for customers and stronger execution across sales, service, and operations. These leadership additions reflect that commitment."

New appointments include:

  • Mark Nachman, Senior Vice President of Sales. Nachman brings more than 30 years of telecommunications experience leading large, multichannel sales organizations across wireless, fiber, B2B, retail, dealer, and prepaid markets. He is responsible for setting and executing a unified sales strategy aligned to the company's 2026 growth objectives, strengthening sales execution, and accelerating market penetration.
  • Henry "Curtis" Adamson, Vice President of Customer Service. Adamson has more than three decades of experience leading large-scale customer operations and technology transformation. In this position, he is shaping and executing TDS Telecom's end-to-end customer experience strategy, with a focus on delivering consistent, best-in-class customer experiences that build trust, drive growth, and differentiate TDS in its markets.
  • Meghan Corcoran, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development. Corcoran came to TDS Telecom from UScellular where she held numerous marketing positions with increasing responsibilities and was most recently the senior director of prepaid growth. Corcoran began at TDS Telecom in 2025 as vice president of marketing. Her expanded role includes overseeing marketing strategies and product management for residential and commercial segments, including brand management, advertising, and targeted outreach, with an emphasis on data-driven consumer engagement and alignment with company goals.
  • Ilan Pragaspathy, Vice President of Growth and Transformation. Pragaspathy leads cross-functional initiatives focused on accelerating growth and operational excellence across TDS Telecom and the enterprise. Pragaspathy has been with TDS since 2018, helping to lead financial analysis and planning and strategy for the TDS Family of Companies.
