Lane and Sidewalk Closure - South Minnesota Ave

Beginning on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the outside northbound lane of Minnesota Avenue will be closed between West 19th Street and West 20th Street to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs. The east sidewalk along Minnesota Avenue will also be closed. Pedestrians will be detoured one block to the east.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed within two days.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure Extension - East Sixth Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026, the outside westbound lane of East Sixth Street will be closed intermittently between North Shepard Avenue and North Cleveland Avenue to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs. Due to weather, this notice is being extended.

Weather permitting, this work is expected to be completed by the end of the day Friday, November 6, 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
