ST. LOUIS, Mo (Jan. 15, 2026) … Delta Dental of Missouri-a non-profit organization and the state's leading dental benefits provider-has named Rachel Sorenson as chief people officer. In this role, she will lead all aspects of the company's human resources function.
Sorenson brings a wealth of HR experience having served most recently as the vice president of global human resources at Perficient, leading HR strategy for a global workforce of 7,000 employees where she championed leadership development programs to promote mobility and professional growth. Prior to Perficient, Sorenson spent 10 years with Bunge North America as the director of human resources, providing strategic HR leadership for commercial and industrial operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. In this capacity, she oversaw complex, multi-country HR initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational growth and operational excellence.
Sorenson earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
