City Continues Preparation Ahead of Tomorrow's George Washington Birthday Parade
The City of Alexandria is continuing preparations along the parade route to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for participants and spectators attending tomorrow, Saturday, February 14, George Washington Birthday Parade from 2 - 4 p.m. We appreciate everyone's patience as final touches are completed and look forward to seeing neighbors and visitors along the route.
This longstanding tradition honoring our country's founding father is an annual highlight here in Alexandria, made even more meaningful as we mark America's 250thbirthday this year.
