Delegates at the ABU General Assembly in Mongolia were treated to a historic tour and educational experience focused on the renowned Chinggis Khaan (Genghis Khan).
As part of an excursion organized by the hosts, MNB, the delegates visited the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex, a towering monument to the founder of the Mongol Empire.
The complex's centerpiece is a 40-meter (131 ft) tall equestrian statue of Chinggis Khaan on horseback. Made from over 250 tons of stainless steel, it is the tallest equestrian statue in the world.
During the visit, delegates toured the inside of the statue and participated in activities like horse and camel riding and archery. This day served to further broaden their knowledge of Mongolian culture, aligning with the ABU's theme of "Unity in Diversity."
