Greenberg Traurig advised on the sale of a logistics facility in Bydgoszcz

WARSAW - 16 June 2025 - Greenberg Traurig advised on the sale of the LPP Distribution Center logistics facility to REICO Long Lease, a fund managed by REICO IS EAM, part of the Česká spořitelna banking group within Erste Group.

The logistics facility in Bydgoszcz was completed in the first quarter of 2022. The building offers 103,864 sqm of rental space and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. The property is leased to an international fashion retailer.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Filip Janeczko, who was supported by Senior Associate Mateusz Rydzewski and Associate Justyna Kozik. Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz advised on certain financing aspects of the transaction.
