State Route 4 (SR-4) - 55-Hour Weekend Closure of Harbor Street/Railroad Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 23)

Schedule: Friday, April 11, 2025, at 9:00 PM to Monday, April 14, 2025, at 5:00 AM

Contra Costa County - Caltrans has scheduled a 55-hour full closure of the Harbor Street/Railroad Avenue (Exit 23) off-ramp on westbound State Route 4 (SR-4) in Pittsburg. The work is scheduled to start Friday, April 11th at 9 PM through Monday, April 14th at 5 AM. The work will include barrier repairs and safety upgrades. All work is weather dependent.

Motorists traveling Westbound SR-4 are advised to take the Loveridge Road exit.

Traffic Control Measures:

Changeable message signs will be in place to assist motorists traveling in the area. Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time.
