CIVC Portfolio Company Crest Insurance Group Announces Acquisition of Tegeler & Associates

August 31, 2026 Pinedale, WY - Crest Insurance Group, CEO Cody Ritchie, and Kerry Majhanovich, CEO of Tegeler & Associates, are pleased to announce that Crest Insurance Group has agreed to acquire Tegeler & Associates, a longstanding independent insurance agency based in Pinedale, Wyoming.

Founded in 1943 and acquired by the Tegeler family in the 1970s, Tegeler & Associates has spent more than 80 years serving Wyoming communities. Today, the agency has 14 locations throughout the state and provides insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.

Kerry Majhanovich and Kelly Tegeler have continued to build on the agency's strong legacy, maintaining the community-focused approach that has defined Tegeler for generations.

Cody Ritchie, a University of Wyoming graduate and Natrona County High School graduate from Casper, says the acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for both organizations.
