Bob's Discount Furniture is thrilled to celebrate two leaders who have been recognized among the most influential people shaping the home furnishings industry.
Bill Barton, President & CEO and Christine Santostefano, Merchandising Buyer have been named to Furniture Today and its family of sister brands' inaugural Home Furnishings 500, a new annual recognition spotlighting 500 influential leaders, innovators and trailblazers across 25 categories in the home furnishings industry.

Bill was recognized in the Top Retail Leadership category, which celebrates executives leading influential retail operations across the country. Furniture Today highlighted Bill's leadership since joining Bob's in 2020, including the company's national expansion, omnichannel growth, commitment to value and continued investment in the communities we serve.
Christine was named a Rising Star, recognizing the next generation of industry leaders whose ideas and results are already making an impact. Since joining Bob's in 2019, Christine has grown in her role where she brings fresh, trend-forward styles to Bob's while keeping value at the center of every assortment.
Building on a History of Recognition
The Home Furnishings 500 builds on several milestones that Furniture Today has recognized across Bob's and our team in recent years.
In 2025, Christine was named to Furniture Today's 40 Under 40, recognizing her growth at Bob's, eye for emerging trends and work developing categories including decorative pillows, bedding, rugs, lighting and other home décor.
Bill accepted Furniture Today's Furniture Industry Leadership Award on behalf of Bob's in 2023. The award recognized Bob's value proposition, business performance and commitment to investing in local communities.
And the recognition extends across the company. In 2025, Bob's was named a Retail Giant of Bedding at Furniture Today's Bedding Conference, recognizing our performance in mattresses and sleep accessories and contributions to the bedding industry.
Bob's has held the No. 7 spot on Furniture Today's Top 100 U.S. Furniture Stores list for two consecutive years.
