From Stalled Projects to Progress: Using AI to Move Work Forward and Engage Staff

AI is changing expectations across the board, from how staff approach their work to how members look for answers, training, and support. For associations, the challenge isn't just understanding the technology, but leading through it while keeping staff engaged and better positioning the association to remain a trusted resource. This session shares how one association began using AI to move work that had been sitting on the list for too long, from updating job descriptions to informing real-time risk decisions. What started as a small effort expanded across leadership and staff, creating early signs of a shift in how work gets done and how teams solve problems. Whether you're just getting started or already experimenting, this session focuses on practical ways to apply AI, engage your team, and learn along the way. Attendees will leave with relatable examples, lessons learned, and simple ideas they can test within their own associations.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Cancellations received in writing to the TSAE office at [email protected] before 14 days in advance, will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee. Registration transfers are available from TSAE member to member at no charge. Transfers from a TSAE member to non-member will pay the difference in registration fees. Member account credit to use for future events is not available.

TSAE is a CAE Registered Provider. This program meets the requirements for fulfilling the professional development requirements to earn or maintain the Certified Association Executive credential. Every program that we offer that has been approved for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation.
