Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) made her debut at yesterday's 2025 Congressional Women's Softball Game for charity against the press, helping Team Congress secure a resounding 5-3 victory against team "Bad News Babes."
The Congressional Women's Softball Game has been an annual tradition since 2009. In 2010, a bipartisan group of Congresswomen asked the women of the Washington, D.C. press corps to join the game as their opponent. Proceeds from the event benefit Young Survival Coalition, a global organization dedicated to helping young adult women who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
Fedorchak told Gray TVthe bipartisan event has, "helped to break down some barriers and get to know people on a personal level."
