Route U in Stoddard County Closed for Culvert Replacements
SIKESTON―Route U in Stoddard County will be closed a s Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace several culverts under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from Route H to County Road 661. While work is underway, this road will be open to local traffic only.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Feb. 24 through Thursday, Feb. 26 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
