Hagåtña, Guam - Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lieutenant Governor Josh Tenorio proudly announce the winners of the 81st Liberation Day Parade Competitive Float Competition, held in celebration of Guam's most cherished holiday under the powerful theme: "Fanohge CHamoru." This year's theme, taken from the opening line of Guam's anthem, was brought to life by the vibrant energy of our people, the creativity of our participants, and the spirit of unity that filled the streets of Hagåtña.

Best Tractor Unit - Ambros (DPW Float)
*The Best Tractor Unit award recognized the exceptional preparation of the vehicles towing each float.
"We thank everyone who made this parade so special, from the early morning float builders to the families who cheered along Marine Corps Drive," said Governor Leon Guerrero. "Through your energy, talent, and heart, the meaning of 'Fanohge CHamoru' came alive."
"This year's parade was more than a celebration but a reminder of who we are and how far we've come," added Lt. Governor Tenorio. "We thank every participant, volunteer, and spectator for making this an 81st Liberation Day to remember."
Floats were judged on the following criteria:
Design - Artistic imagination, creativity, color, and focal point
Detail - Craftsmanship, materials, lettering, and natural elements
Effects - Movement, mechanical enhancements, sound, and music
Theme - Originality and clear communication of this year's message
Winning entries will receive:
1st Place - $1,200
2nd Place - $900
3rd Place - $600
Best Tractor Unit - $200
