February 1, 2026Nominations are open for Shareholders seeking election to Koniag's Board of Directors.
Three (3) seats are up for election at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska. All valid nominations will be included in the corporation's proxy statement.
Application deadline: Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5 p.m. Alaska time. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
