TZP Group Completes Sale of Drape and Scenic Business to Third Space Partners; Continues Partnership with EventWorks

NEW YORK, October 29, 2026 - TZP Group ("TZP") today announced the sale of the drape and scenic business of Quest Events ("Quest") to investment vehicles managed by Third Space Partners ("Third Space"). Financial terms were not disclosed. TZP remains invested in EventWorks, Quest's full-service event rental business, which will now operate as a standalone company.

Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor and FBFK served as legal counsel to Quest.
