Memphis Light, Gas, and Water is proud to announce the reopening of its Whitehaven Community Office, located at 1111 East Shelby Drive, after renovations to improve customer experience at the branch. The updated facility is now open to serve customers in a space that enhances comfort, efficiency and accessibility.
"This renovation reflects our commitment to putting people first," said Timothy Davis, MLGW Chief Customer Officer. "We are modernizing how we serve our customers-creating spaces and services that are faster, more convenient and respectful of their time.
