OCTOBER 9, 2025 - RPNM Chairwoman Amy Barela's Statement On Gabe Vasquez's Political Theatre The members of the U.S. House of Representatives wrote a letter to House Leader Mike Johnson to open the Government. The letter needs to be addressed to the 2 senators from New Mexico, the 2 senators from Georgia, the 2 senators from New Hampshire, the 2 senators from New Jersey, and the 2 senators from Michigan. All of these senators are the ones who, within a day, can end the government shutdown. Gabe Vasquez knows how to contact Senators Heinrich and Lujan. Let's remind Gabe the House already passed the CR without his help. Theres no need to waste time writing letters to the House Leadership.
