Greetings on the opening of the 2025 Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival

Every year, it brings together military bands, choreographic and folklore ensembles, and talented artists from around the world to perform near the ancient walls of the Moscow Kremlin, in city parks and public squares. The festival is renowned for its elevated atmosphere and spectacular displays.

I would like to give special recognition to the festival's extensive charity programme, which is dedicated to supporting the families of participants in the special military operation, as well as to the organisers' heartfelt commitment to creating a dedicated creative space for young audiences.

I am confident that the festival will, as always, be held to the highest standard and will leave a lasting impression on all its participants and guests."
