"We are always excited to work with local leaders in our community to bring jobseekers and employers together," said Tara Hutchison, Alabama Department of Workforce Communications Director. "Events like these that also include our high school students are especially valuable, as some of them are having their first experience as an adult in the workforce."

Attendees are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume, dress professionally, and be prepared to engage with hiring representatives.

"This event is important to our community because it highlights entry level opportunities for our high school students, enabling them to connect with employers who are actively hiring in our region," said Prattville Councilman Marcus Jackson. "This is a great opportunity for young people that are unclear on their future to bring the path ahead into focus."

"Bringing high-quality, career-focused opportunities directly to our community is exactly what collaboration should look like. When we work together, we create real pathways for people to build strong, stable futures right here in Prattville. I am incredibly grateful to the Chamber, ACTC, Councilman Jackson, and Workforce Alabama - this simply would not be possible without their partnership and commitment to our community."
