Remission Medical Welcomes Geoffrey M. Roche, MPA, as Senior Advisor

Healthcare workforce leader brings expertise in workforce strategy, education and building sustainable talent pipelines to Remission Medical's Advisory Consultant Program

RICHMOND, Va., September 3, 2026 - Remission Medical today announced that Geoffrey M. Roche, MPA, has joined its Advisory Consultant Program as a Senior Advisor, bringing extensive experience in healthcare workforce strategy, education and developing scalable solutions to address workforce challenges.

Roche joins a growing group of experienced healthcare leaders and subject-matter experts providing strategic perspective and counsel as Remission Medical expands its partnerships with health systems and specialty practices nationwide.

"Workforce is inseparable from the challenge of expanding access to specialty care," said Blake Wehman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Remission Medical. "Geoffrey has spent his career thinking about how healthcare organizations build stronger, more sustainable talent pipelines and prepare for what the workforce will need next. That perspective will be incredibly valuable as we continue working with health systems to expand specialty care capacity."

Access to rheumatology care remains one of the most persistent challenges in modern healthcare. Patients often wait months for evaluation, delaying diagnosis and treatment for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Remission Medical works with health systems and specialty practices to expand rheumatology capacity while preserving continuity of care and operating within existing health system infrastructure, including EHRs, scheduling workflows, billing structures and care teams.

Remission Medical established its Advisory Consultant Program to bring additional healthcare, clinical, operational, workforce and strategic perspectives to that work as the company continues to grow.

Roche currently serves as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at Risepoint, where he leads strategy focused on transforming the healthcare workforce through scalable, future-ready solutions. Previously, he served as the national head of workforce development at Siemens Healthineers, where he developed partnerships with organizations including the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and led efforts to expand K-12 career pathways into healthcare.

A nationally recognized healthcare workforce expert and education advocate, Roche has brought his perspective to major healthcare, workforce and education forums including Becker's Healthcare, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, HIMSS, HLTH, ASU+GSV, HolonIQ and ViVE. His work centers on building a more sustainable, equitable and people-centered healthcare workforce.

"Expanding access to care requires us to think not only about where healthcare is delivered, but also about the people and workforce models needed to deliver it," said Roche. "I'm excited to bring that perspective to Remission Medical as the company works with health systems to create more scalable approaches to specialty care."

As a Senior Advisor, Roche will provide strategic perspective and counsel to Remission Medical, with particular insight into healthcare workforce strategy, education and talent development as the company continues to strengthen its health system partnerships and expand access to rheumatology care.
