Two Hy-Vee Employees Honored with Pictures on Trucks for 40 Years of Service

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (Aug. 27, 2026) - The faces of two longtime Hy-Vee employees are now featured on the sides of company semi-trailers to honor their more than 40 years of service to Hy-Vee.

Hy-Vee leadership unveiled the pictures on the semi-trailers on Thursday during a ceremony outside the Albert Lea Hy-Vee. The honored employees include Mark Horejsi, meat department manager, Albert Lea Hy-Vee; and Cheryl Overland, floral supervisor, Hy-Vee corporate office.

Hy-Vee first started featuring long-serving employees on semi-truck wraps in 1997, and it has since become a cherished tradition.
