Rules Being Rescinded – Open for Comment

On August 1, 2025, the Authority submitted a proposal to rescind Ohio Administrative Code Rules 3706-4-01 through 3706-4-05 to the Common Sense Initiative (CSI). The Solar Generation Fund has been eliminated through the enactment of H.B. 15, which repeals sections 3706.40 through 3706.65 of the Revised Code (the sections creating and relating to the Solar Generation Fund). Rescinding Rules 3706-4-01 through 3706-4-05, which pertain to the Solar Generation Fund, is consistent with the General Assembly's elimination of the program.
