PNC Bank Expands Denver Team with Two Key Leadership Appointments

Eilber, Welo will lead private banking services in region

DENVER, Col., March 9, 2026 - As PNC Bank continues to grow in Colorado, two PNC Private BankĀ® leaders have been appointed to serve high-net-worth clients in the region.

Kim Eilber has been named senior vice president and market leader for PNC Private Bank. Andreas Welo has been named senior vice president and investment regional manager for the PNC Private Bank west region. Both leaders will be based in PNC's Denver office.

In her role, Eilber will oversee client engagement and growth, leading a team serving clients with a full range of investment, trust, financial planning and private banking services to help them reach their financial goals. Welo will lead the delivery of PNC's investment experience across the western United States, overseeing highly skilled teams providing sophisticated portfolio management, risk oversight and strategic guidance tailored to the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.

With median household income and net worth higher than the national average, Colorado continues to be a growth market for PNC Private Bank.

"PNC is in a period of significant expansion in Colorado, both through organic growth and the recently closed acquisition of FirstBank," said Kevin Classen, PNC regional president for Colorado and Mountain territory executive. "As we continue to increase our footprint, future-focused leaders like Kim and Andreas strengthen our ability to deliver best-in-class services to a growing base of high-net-worth clients."

Eilber is deeply involved in the Denver community, participating in several nonprofit boards and councils.

"Kim's appointment comes at a pivotal moment for our growth in Colorado," said Brian Thomas, PNC's west territory executive for PNC Private Bank. "Her deep understanding of the unique needs of Coloradoans enhances our team's ability to deliver integrated advice and local expertise as we continue to expand."

Welo has over 25 years of experience in financial services, most recently as senior investment advisor for PNC Private Bank in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining PNC, he served as senior director and investments team leader for BNY Mellon's Texas market, and previously held senior roles with several global investment banks in the U.S. and London. He holds a bachelor of business administration from University of Utah.

"Andreas brings expertise crucial to serving the complex financial needs of high net-worth clients," said Andrew Schuler, PNC Private Bank investment managing director. "As a trusted advisor, he will leverage PNC's disciplined investment philosophy and robust research platform to ensure portfolios reflect best-in-class risk management practices while delivering an exceptional client experience."
