The Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) HOME - Food Services Training Program offers hands-on training in commercial kitchens, helping people with little or no experience gain the skills needed to secure stable employment, along with the opportunity to receive a California Food Handler's Certificate. The trainees prepare meals for the residents at the Navigation Center, their neighbors, while learning how to work in a professional kitchen environment. Learn more in this video.
