On April 14, a meeting took place between the Secretariat of the Northern Forum and representatives of Heilongjiang Transportation Investment International Supply Chain Co. Ltd.
Participating from the Northern Forum were Director Vladimir Vasiliev, Deputy Director Daryana Maksimova, and Nikolay Savvin, Deputy Director of the Export Support Center of Yakutia.
The Chinese delegation was led by General Director Zhang Junguo, along with his colleagues Zhao Ran and Chen Zhongyu.

The company is a subsidiary of the transport and investment corporation of Heilongjiang Province. It handles imports of Russian goods, their sale in China, and manages the "Russian National Pavilion." The company also works with logistics, customs, taxes, and participates in the Belt and Road Initiative.

The meeting discussed cooperation with the regions of the Northern Forum. The participants agreed to continue the dialogue in Harbin in July, and then in the autumn at the Eastern Economic Forum. The contact with the Chinese side was provided by the Export Support Center of Yakutia.
