Promotion Recognizes White's Contributions to the Firm and Reflects DFW's Commitment to Developing Leadership from Within

DFW Capital Partners ("DFW") today announced the promotion of Andrew White to Partner. The promotion recognizes Andrew's significant contributions to the firm since joining in 2016 and reflects DFW's continued commitment to developing talent from within.

Since joining DFW in 2016, White has played an important role in the firm's investment activities, including evaluating and executing new investments, supporting portfolio company growth initiatives, and working closely with management teams to drive long-term value creation. In his expanded role as Partner, he will continue to help lead the firm's investment efforts and contribute to DFW's strategic direction.

Prior to joining DFW, White was a Vice President at Pulse Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market growth equity and buyout investments. Previously, he was an Associate at CHS Capital and its affiliates, New Harbor Capital and Shorehill Capital, where he gained transaction experience across the business services and healthcare sectors. White began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Diversified Industrials and Services group at Credit Suisse. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

White's promotion underscores DFW's commitment to cultivating leadership from within and strengthening its investment team as the firm continues to identify compelling investment opportunities and partner with exceptional management teams.
