TREC Has a New Public Member
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) welcomes a new commissioner. Governor Greg Abbott appointed Samuel S. "Scott" Olguin as a public member on September 17, 2025. His term will expire January 31, 2031.
Olguin is from Horseshoe Bay. He replaces Jason E. Hartgraves of Frisco whose term expired in January. Olguin is the last to be appointed to the Commission this season. The other newly appointed commissioners are broker members Kristi Davis of Carrolton and James B. "JB" Goodwin of Austin.
