Tarrant County 5 Stones Taskforce will hold its October meeting featuring Elise Gill as she shares her compelling story, shedding light on her experience navigating the "system" and the key moments where providers could have made a difference.

About Elise Gill

Elise Gill is a Lived Experience Expert, Credentialed Advocate and owner of Gill Consulting. She serves as the Task Force Victim Service Provider program manager at Unbound Now North Texas, where she leads the Victim Service Provider Subcommittee and co-leads the Outreach and Training Subcommittee of the Tarrant County Human Trafficking Task Force.

Gill oversees victim-centered, trauma-informed responses and facilitates collaboration among law enforcement, prosecutors, federal agencies and community service providers.

With more than five years of providing direct services to survivors of sex and labor trafficking, she brings a unique perspective informed by both her lived experience and professional expertise. Gill is dedicated to advancing best practices, systemic change and survivor-informed approaches to care.
