ICANN Request for Proposal: Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solution

Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) issued a request for proposal (RFP) to identify providers of a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software-as-a-service solution that enhances the organization's ability to efficiently and effectively manage its GRC processes.

The objective of this project is to obtain a scalable, integrated GRC platform that advances the maturity of ICANN's governance, risk, and compliance capabilities. The selected solution should provide:

  • Policy and document management
  • Enterprise risk management (including centralized risk registers and third-party risk management)
  • Analysis of compliance with ISO/IEC 27001
  • Analysis of compliance with SOC 2 and SOC 3
  • Analysis of compliance with various privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR)
  • Configurable reporting and dashboards
  • Automated evidence collection
