Epson to Showcase Connected Restaurant Technology Ecosystem Designed for Accuracy and Efficiency at FS/TEC 2026

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - Sept. 10, 2026 - As mobile ordering continues to drive significant revenue and restaurants manage growing order volumes across multiple channels, Epson today announced plans to demonstrate its point-of-sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS) and labeling technology at FS/TEC 2026, the leading foodservice technology conference. At Epson's booth (#436), visitors will have the chance to explore how these solutions help operators reduce costs, improve order accuracy and streamline everyday workflows.

"Restaurants are embracing more ordering channels, which brings challenges to the kitchen and pickup counter where speed and accuracy determine the guest experience," said Phil Tierney, senior product manager, System Devices, Epson America, Inc. "We're looking forward to demonstrating how Epson's connected ecosystem of POS, KDS and labeling solutions supports that handoff - from kitchen workflows to on-demand color labeling and paper-saving features that reduce the cost of daily operations."

Epson invites FS/TEC attendees to experience the following innovative solutions at its booth:

  • Modern Kitchen Management - TrueOrder KDS gives kitchens a single view of incoming orders across dine-in, takeout and online channels, with flexible routing and multi-station workflows that support how each operation runs. Epson will demonstrate TrueOrder KDS on a Kitchen Armor touchscreen display paired with an Epson printer, showing how orders move from the kitchen through to fulfillment.
  • Efficient Item Labeling - The OmniLink® TM-L100 liner-free thermal label printer supports a broad range of media for labeling items, bags and containers across takeout, delivery and buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS). Integrated with TrueOrder KDS, it helps operators label key order information and reinforce accuracy at every handoff.
  • Modern Counter Check-Out - Engineered for limited counter space, the OmniLink mSeries delivers versatile connectivity across POS, mPOS and cloud systems with support for online ordering. With Epson's Advanced Paper Savings feature, users can reduce receipt paper consumption without compromising quality.
  • Mobile Point of Sale - Compact and durable, the Mobilink printers are designed for reliability, providing wireless performance for line busting, tableside service and curbside pickup in demanding hospitality environments.
  • On-Demand Color Labeling - The ColorWorks® CW-C4000 color label printer enables restaurants to add high-quality color for branding house-made items, printing promotional labels and color-coding orders to help reduce errors. With the Epson ColorWorks Print app, staff can produce and manage labels directly from a mobile device.
  • High-Volume Check-Out - Epson POS receipt printers, including the OmniLink TM-T88VII, combine fast print speeds with flexible connectivity across multiple devices to help operators maintain service levels during peak periods.

The FS/TEC 2026 Marketplace will be open Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 4-6:30 p.m. and Thursday, Sept. 24 from 1:15-5:30 p.m. at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. Additionally, Epson is a sponsor the FS-TEC Kickoff Party being hosted by IW Technologies on Sept. 23.
