Industry News: Three Roots Capital Invests in Custom Foods Of America
Industry News: Three Roots Capital, a Community Development Venture Capital Firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee, has co-invested in Custom Foods of America (CFA), a family-owned food manufacturer headquartered in Knoxville. Founded in 1982, CFA specializes in creating soups, sauces, and sides for restaurants and convenience stores. This investment will create over 200 local jobs in the Knoxville area and support a new 200,000 square-foot state-of-the art culinary facility.
