WDVA Now Accepting Online Applications for Nonprofit and Entrepreneurship Grants

May 4, 2026 - Madison, WI

MADISON -The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) is now accepting applications for two grants available to nonprofits that serve veterans and their families. Grant applications for both the WDVA Nonprofit Grant and the WDVA Entrepreneurship Grant must be submitted by Friday, June 5, 2026.

The WDVA Nonprofit Grant is awarded to registered nonprofit organizations that provide financial assistance or other services to Wisconsin veterans and their families. The Nonprofit Grant provides up to $25,000 to each recipient. *See here for the Nonprofit Grant Online Application Portal.

The WDVA Entrepreneurship Grant is awarded to registered nonprofit organizations that provide entrepreneurship training, technical support, or other assistance to veteran entrepreneurs in our state to improve employment outcomes.
