Ambassador Mkrtchyan Met with Michalis Livanos of the “New Democracy” Party

The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Greece, Tigran Mkrtchyan, met with the representative of the "New Democracy" party and member of the Greece-Armenia Friendship Group in the Hellenic Parliament, Michalis Livanos.

During the meeting, the parties discussed efforts to activate the activities of the Friendship Group. Ambassador Mkrtchyan presented the upcoming high-level visits at the parliamentary level and expressed hope that these would bring new energy to bilateral parliamentary diplomacy.

At the same time, Tigran Mkrtchyan emphasized the importance of the Washington agreements in the context of regional developments, as well as the progress achieved in bilateral relations between Armenia and Greece and the steps planned for the near future.

Michalis Livanos expressed his readiness to support, in every possible way, the further development of Greece-Armenia relations.
